How do the buttons on the V5 watch work?

Navigation
The V5 uses four buttons for navigation on the watch. This allows you to make selections, go back and navigate any of the menus. The buttons are as follows:

Up = Screen moves up
Down = Screen moves down
Select = Confirm selection (navigate right in the game menu)
Back = Go back a menu (return to the F/M/B screen)
