How do I upload a round from a Shot Scope device into my account using the mobile app?

    Do not see any sync round on the app or on the v5 watch…

    I follow the steps, sync the round, it completes the sync, I refresh the app by pulling down from the top but no round appears. Any further suggestions?

    Quick update. I was eventually able to get the rounds to upload. What I did; 

    1) Turn off the watch.

    2) Turn off Bluetooth on my phone.

    3) Open the app and sign out. ('more' options tab, at the bottom is a sign out option)

    4)I then signed back into the app, re-enabled Bluetooth, turned on the watch and then sync the round. 

    It finally worked. And the the second round I played (yesterday) synced w/o the rigamarole, tho I do have to toggle Bluetooth off and on and power the watch off and on to connect it each time.

    Same issue as John.

    No rounds sync to app

    Same issue as John, I have used it twice on the course, it shows the courses on the watch and the app says it synced but there is no data.

    I managed to get it to work by removing device from my Bluetooth and logging out of the app and signing in and pairing device again

    Played my first round today. Synching stops at 99% and the wheel just keep on rotating..

    My round history started working after my 2nd round of tracking. But maybe its because I shutdown my V5 and did a restart on my phone then synced again,  after reading some of the previous comments. All my shots on each hole now show and I was able to edit my rounds as needed.
