PinCollect is a valuable feature on your Shot Scope Device that helps ensure accurate putting, approach and short game statistics by capturing the exact position of the hole.
How PinCollect Works:
- When you reach the green, your device will automatically switch to the PinCollect screen.
- You’ll see four options representing the number of putts taken: 1, 2, 3, or > (more than 3).
- After holing out, stand directly over the hole.
- Press the button corresponding to the number of putts you took.
This records both the pin location and putt count, improving the accuracy of your stats, especially for putting and approach proximity.
What If I Forget to Use PinCollect?
Even though your watch will prompt you on every green, it's still easy to miss it occasionally. Here’s how to fix it:
Option 1: During the Round
- Open the Game Menu by unlocking the screen and pressing the top-right button.
- Go to the Scorecard section.
- Select the hole you missed.
- Manually enter the number of putts you took.
Option 2: After the Round
If you forgot completely, don’t worry — you can add or adjust the pin location and putts during post-round editing in the mobile app.
Using PinCollect consistently ensures the most accurate stats possible, helping you better understand and improve your game.
