Course Mapping Updates and What to Do if Your Course Becomes Unmapped
Golf courses around the world are constantly evolving, and we strive to keep our course mapping database as accurate and up-to-date as possible. We routinely review courses and work closely with our dedicated course mapping team to identify any courses that may need updating.
If a course you’ve played is being re-mapped, it may temporarily appear as "unmapped" in the app. During this re-mapping process, any rounds played on the course will not immediately display in the app. Rest assured, your round is not lost.
If you encounter this issue, please contact us at support@shotscope.com and provide details of the round played on the unmapped course. Our team will prioritise updating the course mapping and will process your round so it appears in your account once the course is re-mapped.
